Required Experience: 2+ Years
Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
- Oversee safety, loss prevention, and security standards across hubs.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to prevent losses.
- Collaborate with operations teams to implement preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with company and legal safety standards.
Required Experience: 2+ Years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
- Coordinate daily hub operations and ensure timely deliveries.
- Support planning, routing, and vehicle management.
- Maintain performance reports and ensure operational accuracy.
- Work closely with city and mini hub teams to resolve logistics issues.
Skills Required
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or hub operations
- Knowledge of distribution networks and routing systems
- Familiarity with logistics software and reporting tools
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple hubs and regional operations
- Commitment to safety, efficiency, and service excellence
Education: Graduate or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
